Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

At Qalbeena Studio, we ensure that every parcel is carefully checked before dispatch.
However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange or return.

2. Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • You must share an unboxing video or clear pictures as proof.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size issues or color differences caused by lighting or screen effects.

3. Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 24 hours.

  2. Share your order number, pictures/video, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you on how to send the parcel back.

4. Shipping Costs

  • In case of a wrong or damaged item, Qalbeena Studio will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other valid exchanges (like design change), the customer will bear the delivery charges.

5. Refunds

  • We currently offer exchange only, not refunds in cash.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, you can choose another item of the same value.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Accessories (e.g., hijabs, scarves)
